Randy Baird

Randy Baird is Co-Founder and Partner at Eider Creek, where he oversees portfolio planning, valuations, and institutional capital relationships. In addition to his leadership role, Randy remains actively involved in sourcing and executing investments across the platform.

Prior to co-founding Eider Creek, Randy spent over 30 years in senior roles at CBRE National Partners, Cushman & Wakefield, and HFF. As Vice Chairman, he served as a trusted advisor to many of the largest and most respected real estate investors and developers in the U.S., with a career-long focus on the industrial sector.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas.
