Who We Are
Where Industrial Expertise Meets Investment Opportunities
Eider Creek is an industrial real estate platform specializing in ground-up development and targeted acquisitions across key U.S. logistics markets.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Eider Creek was founded by industry veterans Randy Baird, Ben Doherty, and Brice Hafner. Together, the team brings a rich history of collaboration and a shared vision for disciplined, strategic investing, which serves as the foundation of Eider Creek’s philosophy.
Grounded in transparency, fiduciary responsibility, and long-term value creation, the firm operates through two complementary entities — Eider Creek Development and Eider Creek Partners.
Eider Creek Development specializes in industrial development projects located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and the greater Houston area, delivering modern Class-A distribution centers tailored to the region’s logistics and warehousing demands.
Eider Creek Partners serves as the firm’s investment management division, focused on strategic acquisitions and development nationwide, guided by a dedication to fiduciary responsibility and sustainable value creation.
