Kendall Bratton, CPA

Kendall Bratton is the Chief Financial Officer of Eider Creek. She oversees the finance function across the management company and its investment vehicles. She also supports valuation governance, firm operating policies, and the design and maintenance of internal controls, including review procedures and documentation.

Prior to joining Eider Creek Partners, Kendall served at Hillwood Communities, where she was responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and partner communications. She also worked at Crow Holdings Capital in investor relations, with a focus on fundraising and fund operations. Kendall began her career at KPMG in the real estate audit practice.

Kendall holds an M.S. in Accounting and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Honors from Texas A&M University. She is a Texas licensed CPA.
