Brice Hafner

Brice Hafner is Co-Founder and Partner at Eider Creek, where he oversees all development and asset management. In addition to his leadership role, Brice remains actively involved in sourcing and executing investments across the platform.

Prior to co-founding Eider Creek, Brice founded GreyArch Properties, a development company focused on the Dallas–Fort Worth market. He previously spent over twelve years at Crow Holdings Capital, where he became the youngest Investment Committee member in the firm’s history. During his tenure, he oversaw development, acquisitions, and asset management from Texas to the West Coast of the United States. Brice’s time at CHC was split by his role as Dallas–Fort Worth Partner at Panattoni Development Company. Brice holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University.
